I cant really answer you question about active swedisch punk band, not my area really. But if you are looking for concerts Göteborg and Stockhom is the places to go. I think that are the only places you can find good concerts without already knowing where bands will play. :P
Alcohol is really expensive, but we dont drink less than anyone else. At least not me. :P
